What the Reviewer Evaluates
The Governance Reviewer takes the Governance Specification Document produced by your Prescriber engagement and evaluates the system you have built against it. It does not produce a new assessment — it verifies conformance between what governance required and what implementation delivered.
The evaluation is conducted through AI-guided structured review of your implementation documentation, architecture decisions, and operational governance against the specific prescriptions in your GSD. Findings are organized by governance domain and rated by conformance level — what was addressed, what was partially addressed, and what was not addressed.
The output is a Governance Reviewer Report — a structured conformance document that can be used internally for governance accountability, or as the basis for an Auditor Output document reformatted for compliance audiences.
Prerequisite: Completed Governance Prescriber Run
The Governance Reviewer runs only against systems that have completed the Prescriber. It requires a Governance Specification Document to evaluate against — it cannot be used as a standalone assessment. If you have not yet completed a Prescriber engagement, begin your assessment.
