What the Auditor Output Is
The Governance Reviewer evaluates whether what was built matches what the Governance Specification Document required — producing a structured conformance assessment against the organization's own governance prescription. The Auditor Output Add-On takes those completed Reviewer findings and reformats them into a structured document organized for compliance audiences: auditors, risk committees, board-level reviewers, and external assessors.
The output is a document reformatting, not a second assessment. It does not generate new findings, does not conduct additional evaluation, and does not produce content that was not already present in the completed Reviewer output. Its purpose is format and audience — presenting existing Reviewer findings in a structure suited to compliance review rather than operational use.
Prerequisite: Completed Governance Reviewer Run
The Auditor Output Add-On requires a completed Governance Reviewer run. It cannot be generated from a Prescriber-only engagement. If you have not yet completed a Reviewer run, you must first complete a Prescriber engagement to obtain your Governance Specification Document, then complete a Reviewer run against that GSD.
